About

Aye & Aye is a small library of wellbeing tools, made and kept by one person in the North East of England.

It is free, and it will stay free. There is no account to make, nothing to subscribe to, and nothing here follows you around the internet.

It is built plainly on purpose: big text, high contrast, one idea per screen, and no surprises. That suits how my own head works, and it turns out it suits most people.

What this site does and doesn't do

• No cookies, no tracking, no adverts, no affiliate links.
• Your settings (text size, light or dark, sound) are saved on your own device, and nowhere else.
• It works offline once you've visited. On a phone you can add it to your home screen like an app.
